Coupling our versatile manufacturing capabilities with an in-house tool room, computer enhanced manufacturing, complete material handling and thorough quality control procedures, we are equipped to deliver quality parts on time at competitive prices.

Equipment Capacity

We currently have over 30 CNC machines and massive amount of tooling & support equipment.

Our largest CNC Lathe barfeeder has a capacity of 3″ w/live tooling & sub spindle features, but our CNC chucking lathes can handle up to 4.5″ diameter bar.
Our lathes can swing up to a 25″ diameter.
Largest Vertical Machining center travel is 60″x 30″.
Our largest horizontal mill has a 39″ diameter table swing and has 31″x35″x38″ axis travels.
Our automatic gantry loading CNC lathe can handle up to a 6.75″ diameter stock size.
Our Autosaw capacity is 13 inch diameter by +20ft long.

We use Gibbscam Cad/Cam software for offline CNC programming. We can import 3D CAD files directly into our software for faster programming of complex parts.

We use CMM Manager software for our coordinate measuring machine. It allows the importing of Solid Models and the creation of reports.

For our ERP system (I.E. job tracking) we use Realtrac Software.
